I just hope she gets paid enough to have that energy, humour and not to mention the knowledge of her work. I will definitely remember her jokes for a very long time.

Such a unprofessional and lazy people gets job in a bank who just diverting people to come bank other time. Bank only opens during business hours and people won't have time to come again n again. totally waste service and useless people work here
- Fabien Added February 16, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff do their best but there are so few of them on deck. One hour wait to ask a basic question. The bank's systems are just so slow! There seem to be some other more senior staff at the back and in the offices but they certainly aren't helping customers.
- Sally Carroll Added February 09, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Visited a month ago and will not return. Arrived at the bank with all necessary documents as Netbank said I needed to visit a branch to verify ID. Got straight in to see a representative but was treated rudely by the staff and after spending an hour verifying details (of which I had already printed for everyone's convenience) was told I would need to book an appointment to come back another day - for a simple verification check. Visited the Dickson branch later in that afternoon and was out within 10 minutes, polar-opposite level of customer service. Not impressed.
